Quit Like a Woman: The Radical Choice to Not Drink in a Culture Obsessed with Alcohol by Holly Whitaker

Did not finish book.
I couldn't get into this, I think it was the tone at the beginning, which is very intense and a little too "my life is amazing now" for me. I also wasn't particualrly intersted in reading about how tobacco advertising changed, even though there are some clear parallels in terms of health and societal impact. Anyway, not a good read for someone who's just interseted in thinking more about why we drink.
