Really thought-provoking and beautifully written. Mysterious premise, and very very human. Very much not what I expected. Just the right amount of sci-fi/dystopian. This novel is primarily about relationships, survival, and the kinds of intimacy that arise from surreal circumstances. 

Already recommended to my closest friends.
