I went into it thinking this was a sequel to [b:Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures|33275763|Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures|Matthew K. Manning|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1481056729l/33275763._SY75_.jpg|53998361] ... BOY was I wrong! However as a long-time fan of TMNT in (almost) all its forms, I quickly decided that this had to be an alternate universe. The Turtles in this volume are based on the 2003 animated series, and I suspect Batman and Robin are from the universe of the Batman: Under the Red Hood animated movie. Anyway, this was a lot of fun, and now I know there are another two volumes in this series for me to find.
