I can’t rate it that badly because I managed to finish it and books that are terrible I simply can’t finish. Did it keep me captivated? Yes in a way because I wanted to know if she stopped the cycle and saved Dan but omg it was so tedious. It is just so repetitive. And I understand that’s the whole point of the book but it made it terribly boring to read. The ending made me feel like it was all for nothing and was pointless. I get how a lot of people like the ending being a cliff hanger but for me I wanted to know Dan was alive or something idk. It was boring and I get the message of the book and that’s why I think it’s reflective as it makes you think about how you spend your time but I think it went on for way to long to basically end the same way part 1 ended… dans death.
