Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner

*I DON'T RATE MEMOIRS*

I have heard so much about this book and I knew I was going to pick it up at some point. I knew that, as a middle reader, I needed to be in the right headspace to appreciate its content. It was incredible. I was in awe of the painful vulnerability of Michelle pointing out her flaws, putting them on full display, and sharing the bigger picture. The ugly parts make the beautiful parts leave a lasting impression. I cried. I loved it. Excellent book.
