The best books are the ones that you do not expect to love. What a stunning introduction to the Bedwyn family! Eve was a loveable and sympathetic character, while Aidan was also loveable but for very different reasons. I was drawn to his desire to do what was right and honorable. I love how despite their initial agreement to never see each other after the wedding, they kept finding reasons to stay close to the other.
