Well deserved of all the hype it has received. The world the book takes place in feels lived in. The characters are well developed with real flaws. And of course, the romance is also pretty great. The only thing holding it back from being a five star read from me is that I don’t buy they’re in love by the end of the book. We’re supposed to be leave the book believing that, but since their relationship only takes place over a few weeks, I don’t. I think they like and care about each other, but I don’t think they’re in love. Which would be fine, if they weren’t proclaiming that they were at the end. Aside from that, Delilah Green is a lovely book.
