What We Don't Talk About When We Talk About Fat by Aubrey Gordon

5.0

I'm already a huge fan of Aubrey, after discovering her through the Maintenance Phase podcast, and I wasn't disappointed by this book. It's an excellent combination of poignant experiences, facts based on good quality data, and sound judgements of existing policy and social norms. Despite some of the heartbreaking stories in the book, it leaves you feeling motivated and hopeful for the future. I can't wait for Aubrey's next book.
