i picked this book up for the first time as an adult because we were discussing its problematic netflix depiction in one of my classes—the book is so wonderfully done in comparison and feels essential as a tool to remind young people that they can truly never know how their words and actions might affect someone and impact their life. jay asher sends this message in such a unique format that kept me hooked and turning the page.
