Did not finish book. Stopped at 45%.

Exhausting focus on semantics. An interminable academic discussion of what exactly dehumanisation means, peppered with grim examples of cruelty, without meaningful reflections on society.

Maybe that happened in the second half but I couldn't be arsed finding out. Felt like a wikipedia entry.
