by Stephen King
The book suffered from too many ideas. I feel that if it focused on one time period instead of going back and forth 30 years it would have been better. At it's best there was some very chilling imagery and great high level concepts of good and evil. It was just bogged down by a chapter that felt more like an anthology of short stories.
