A Lady's Guide to Scandal by Sophie Irwin

4.0

A Lady's Guide To Scandal is Sophie Irwin's second book, following closely her first one, A Lady's Guide to Fortune-Hunting. With the same vibes, a Regency-era novel style, and a cute romance, the book is adorable, following Eliza, a recently widowed young woman who is finally ready to step out and enjoy life. The love triangle was well handled and nicely paced and the main character had an enjoyable, though bumpy towards the ending, character development. Still, the writing is funny and light, and the story is entertaining.
