Was a pretty good read. I’m enjoying the writing and tone of these books much more - you can absolutely tell how much Samantha Shannon has grown since the first & second books were published. This one also felt quite dark in comparison to the first too which I enjoyed and generally found it an engaging read. A few plot points pissed me off to the point I almost put it down but I didn’t want to let that ruin everything else I liked about the book. Also love that it’s set in Paris - very cool. Looking forward to number 5 coming out for sure.
