I feel like this book had a great premise and really good imagery, but the story itself was a bit of a let down. The huge horror plot twist was... painfully obvious almost immediately. I spent most of the book looking forward to finding out secrets and what "really happened" to the sisters, only for it to be the really obvious and boring explanation. I was hoping for something a bit more creative and different :(
