In Summary: Great idea, poor execution
I didn't care for the 'aliens' and I equally didn't care for the humans! The author obviously has wonderful ideas and is SO knowledgeable in entomology, but I found this to be such a dry read and honestly such a slog to get through. Looking at all the 5star reviews I am clearly in the minority and I am a bit sad as I wanted to love it!! (I actually thought I WOULD love it, so I went and chose it as my book club pick and none of them will ever trust my taste again..)
