Definitely a "hear me out"-sort of book. It's definitely not for everyone but I found it entertaining. The book has frenetic energy out the wazoo and you're constantly bouncing between the story of this band journeying to space Eurovision, and stories of other sentient species. The first few chapters are difficult to get used to, I admit, but once you get used to its pacing, it's an entertaining read.
