Caste is a must-read! Very well written, well cited and well argued, this book is among the most educational I’ve read on racism and antiracism to date. Its interesting and sharp perspective into how the American societal hierarchy took its current shape is illuminating and eye-opening. It has helped me to further understand just how badly the effects of slavery are still afflicting Black people in America.
