I liked the beginning and end, but the middle was a little slow for my liking. This book has been sitting on my physical TBR since 2015, so reading it was long overdue. The plot twist at the end still shocked me, but honestly I was expecting something crazier. I guess I hyped it up too much in my head lol. I will be continuing with Glass Sword. I don't own the 3rd or 4th book, but that might change soon depending on how I feel about book 2.
