***I've only read (so far) Tigris Eden's 'In the Cover of Night' from this anthology.
Will return to update as I read the other stories.
IN THE COVER OF NIGHT - review:
This was my first Tigris Eden novel (or novella in this case) and it sucked me in right away, and made sure I’ll be working my way through her entire catalog by the time it ended.
Her style is fierce, this book opened with some action and drama, along with the promise of so much more and maybe even a war… the heat index started out higher and ended up off the charts and the characters and world it’s all set in are brilliantly developed.
The editing made it a smooth, quick read with only a few mistakes noted. The formatting kept it clean and distraction-free.
The story had a little bit of everything: romance, drama, action, heat, feels, etc.
A great way to spend an hour or two.
4 stars.
