Interesting, some historic facts shortly after the civil war about the industry in America and the poverty in Ireland.

There is a relationship, not really about love, but a bit with the maid and the master, but it doesn’t end well, because the maid took an identity of a dead woman and therefore had to leave, when she was identified by her mistress after a year or so working for her
