So good!! SOOOO DAMN GOOD!!!!
When Sinful Empire landed on my kindle, that same heart pounding nervous, excited energy that Defiant Queen gave me returned in full force. A couple pages in and I knew I was in for a ride I never want to end. Sinful Empire is a sexy, exhilarating, action packed conclusion to pretty fantastic trilogy. I absolutely LOVED it! Make sure you have book 1 and 2 on hand because if you are anything like me, you're going to want to reread the entire trilogy the second you reach the last period.
Can I tell you how impressed and in awe I am with Meghan March's characters? She has this incredible ability to grow and develop a character. Lachlan Mount in book 1 is so completely different from book 3. I don't want to say he's softer because let's be honest here, there is nothing soft about that man. He's just more open in his relationship with Keira. He is also now someone with more to lose.Which actually may make him here more dangerous. You don't mess with something that belongs to Mount. I fell more and more in love with him as the story went on. His fierce protectiveness and the heart he claims not to have won me over big time.
I'm completely obsessed with this series. It is nothing short of perfection. Amazing characters. A story that continuously builds. Surprises and twists I never could have predicted. And of course, tons of sexiness. I highly highly recommend this book/this series!! Meghan March is one of my favorites for a reason. The woman always delivers.
