This was such a magnificent conclusion to the Matched trilogy. The pace was fast and I had trouble putting it down. I also found myself falling for Xander again (who I had decided not to like in Crossed since he gave the blue tablets to Cassia) as he redeemed himself the more we saw of him and how nice he truly is. I kept hoping he would have his own happy ending like Cassia and Ky, and am just thrilled that he found that happy ending with Lei (which my mind was just blown at the end when her real identity as Lei Nea {Vicktor's Laney} because I was not expecting that at all). But it all fell into place and made sense after it was revealed. And the way the pilot, poet, and physic was carried throughout to represent the connection between Ky, Cassia, and Xander was so beautifully executed. All of the writing in this novel was just as (and even more so) poetic as Matched and Crossed. This is a series I will definitely be rereading through time.
