Juniper Unraveling by Julie Belfield, Keri Lake
4.0

I love this book but I felt robbed of a ending, it just felt cheap.
Like the characters just went through ALL this shit, wren losing her entire family, being brutally r worded, having to throw little boys body’s into fire, finding out her brother wasn’t safe and adopted but instead was killed, falling pregnant from the man r wording her, escaping but eating poisons berrys that damn nears kills her but definitely makes her lose the baby.

Now as wren 2.0 she meets a boy from the inside of the wall via a hole in the ground. She rescued this boy and stashed him away falls deeply in love with him, then her father sends to do a job for the Shaw boys without six who is the boy that loves her (who also has the alpha gene which makes him incredibly violent) well six followers her and the Shaw boys try’s to r word her and of course six is like fuck you and goes ballistic on them boys only for the soldiers to find him. They were separated for eight yess, six now goes by ryhes.

That’s just genuinely the gist of some of the book, so much god damn shit happens it would take me ages to explain and it’s 5am so anyways all that shit happens and more and the ending is just not fulfilling at all.
