hoobabi 's review for:
Daytripper
by Gabriel Bá, Fábio Moon

There is so much to be said for Daytripper and yet I rather not say it.
And this is coming from someone who finds it problematic to edit down reviews.
All I can say is that, for once, any praise that has been heaped on it is well-deserved. It is so rare to read about the most important questions, in the most relatable and 'normalised' setting, without having it deprived of any originality or at a loss for depth.
The image above shows that this is a comic for breathing in, for living with and not of words.
It will only take you a day at most to read it. It will make you engage with the importance of that day and of all the subsequent days we consider quiet, mundane, or irrelevant.
