I think this one might be my favourite of the series so far… the pacing felt better, the ups & downs given more room to be really explored.
The relationships within the characters keep growing & the trust is being built with actions, not just words which I appreciate.
I also really like the fmc’s way of going about things & how she thinks.  She’s relatable, vulnerable & strong all at the same time.
All the bonds are interesting still & I like that nox has yet to open up, but is slowly showing more respect - even though it’s painful, I also kinda love it. I know the pay off will be worth it.
The ending was absolutely brutal - but I was so glad this book didn’t do the EXACT same formula as the last two, similar in aspects but it felt fresh.
The spice 🥵 wow… no words… I knew these scenes would eventually make it into the series & as someone who doesn’t read multiple partner books I was nervous - but it has been done so well, and felt very empowering.
Because of that ending I’m literally picking up b5 straight away!
