The War Girls by V.S. Alexander

3.0

I'd technically give this 3.5, but there's no .5 stars.

The title and concept of these women being "war girls" is cheesy and slightly cringy. The author could have easily come up with a much better name to call themselves throughout the novel.

I also don't feel I had closure on some of the stories. Some of them just end without giving you details as to what happened next, leaving it to the imagination, really. They give speculation through other characters and conversations, but once you invest in a character, you'd really like to see what their whole story holds.

So those are my critiques. Otherwise, it's another great perspective of the war. Everytime I think I've read every perspective, I find a new one.
