The audiobook narrator for this book is one of my favorite ever narrators. He does such an absolutely phenomenal job with this book, which is no easy task. The book fluidly shifts between first, second, and third person, and he makes it all understandable and gorgeously done. The voices that he uses for the different characters are masterful and add to the story so much. This is my second time through this book in less than a year, and even though I remembered most of the major plot beats, it hit me just as hard as it did the first time around. This book just sweeps you away and the way everything all comes together at the end, ahh. I could read this again and again and never be bored.
"This is a love story to its blade-dented bone." And what a love story it is.
