I saw the movie for the first time when I was 12 years old. I still remember that day, it was a Sunday evening when they were passing The Crow on tv. It made such an impact on me, and it became one of my favorite films of all time. Even to this day, is one of my favorites. Years later, when I found out it was based on a graphic novel, I decided I wanted to read it. It took me a while to actually get the graphic novel, but once I did, I read slowly. I'm a fast reader but with The Crow, I wanted to read it super slow, And that is what I did, and I am glad I did that. This is a beautiful, sad story. It was with reading that I can say. Some stuff was changed, but mainly everything is the same in the movie. Overall, I like the graphic novel, for me, this is a masterpiece, at some point, it felt like reading poetry, dark poetry, the one I like to read.
