This book really worked for me.
Jesse stole my heart pretty much from the first. I felt for him every step of the way. OK I'm a sucker for the odd one out scenario lol.
Aaron was sweet although there were times I felt like shaking him. What is with people always wanting to give help but never wanting to accept help when situations are reversed?
For me a good story has me invested and involved, and this one did that. When it came to Jesse's family I was ready to start kicking ass.
Aarons mother also got my dander up, but luckily she saw reason in the end.
The romance side to this one was another plus. Great chemistry between Jesse and Aaron. Even if I did gloss over the actual sex, I'm sure most will love it.
If you like the underdog type of hero then you will probably love this book.
