Here the Whole Time
by Vitor Martins
This book ranks seventh in my favorite books of 2021!✨
This book was for me like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
Vitor Martins made me fall in love with every single chapter. I fell in love with his way of writing so beautiful, simple and funny. I fell in love with his main characters. I fell in love that the story was simple, but so beautiful.
Felipe is everything in this book. He's a really precious chubby gay boy that I could really relate to. All those insecurities he thinks about his body, I think about mine too. He is a really funny guy, as he made me let out a few laughs, plus I loved the relationship he had with his mom. I also liked that he experienced changes and that those changes were for the better and made him really happy.
I totally loved the relationship he had with Caio. Caio is a really sweet, shy, but really awesome guy. I loved that he made Felipe feel safe. I loved how they started to become friends again and finally confess their feelings to each other in the sweetest way that could have ever existed.
This is a book I could hug for a lifetime.
