If you like angels and demons, this is the book series for you!
I was hooked after the first chapter and continued to be gripped until the very end. This book has fantastic character building qualities, no information dump in the beginning and we learn all about the hidden world right alongside the main character, Tatum.
I love Tatum as the main character. She has her own mind and views and isn't afraid to stand her ground when needed. She also listens to the opinions of those closest to her. She makes some great friendships along the way, even if they aren't from the side she chooses. The characters, main and side, all felt real and believable.
Overall the book has a great balance of information, conversation and action, with some heart-string pulling too!
