You really get a sense of how the calculating and intelligent mind of Coriolanus works in this book; the writing is superb.
A fascinating tale about a prominent period in President Snow's history, no doubt having a huge part in shaping the character from the main novels.
However, do yourself a favour and don't listen to the audiobook (narrated by Santanio Fontana).
Lyrics are such a centrepiece in this book, yet there is absolutely zero singing in the audio version. Instead, it's a weird, almost poem-like reading each time a song happens in a scene. It doesn't sound good; on the contrary, it would break the immersion for me.
