Almost DNF it but since I spent my money on it might as well read it.
I love the first book so much cause it was different. Harper is such amazing lead character and Rhen too. And a sudden shift between all 3 original character was a kick in a gut for me.
To me Lia Mara is a mirror of Grey which lead me to confusing the narrator.
I’m not sure if I want to continue reading the third book. I love Rhen and Harper in the first book and it should have been a standalone. But in the second book is like urghhhhhhhhhhh...
I dont like the instant-love between Grey and Lia Mara. I find myself cringing every single romantic scene they have.
Also, making Rhen become a villain so that Grey seem a better male lead was reminded me a lot of Tamlin from ACOTAR.
