A lovely book. Chick lit in near perfect form. If you’re looking for an impactful plot and romantic love story interweaved with a thread of magical realism this is the perfect book for you. I had a glisten in my eye for most of the book, and there was a lot of care that went into these characters.
My one complaint is about 2/3rds of the way through this book you see where it’s going, and I wish that would have been dealt with with a lighter hand.
