This might be my new favorite couple in the series 🤗 I loved how opposite they were, yet how perfectly they found what they needed in each other. Kai needed a little chaos in his rigid, perfectly timed life, while Isabella needed someone stable who believed in her even when she didn’t. My heart completely melted when Kai started helping Isabella with her book, from buying her the typewriter, to finding ways to beat writer’s block, to even turning in a sample for her. He is definitely the perfect book boyfriend everyone needs in their life 😩 Kai is the man I didn’t know I needed.

One of my favorite parts of the story was Kai accidentally listening to Isabella’s adventures. From ordering the strawberry martini based on her latest shenanigans to Isabella opening the door with a toy in hand. Her unapologetic humor and chaotic energy made the story a thousand times better. Isabella’s personality is hands down my favorite in the book ❤️
