I expected a lot out of this book. Don't get me wrong. I did like it for what it was. I just didn't feel satisfied at the end. Everything seemed too rushed. I wanted more from the characters. I wanted to know more about them. I wanted them to spend more time with each other. Fake-dating is one of my favourite tropes (if done right). I just wished there was more to the characters and more about them as individuals and them together.
Overall, I wouldn't read it again. I just didn't feel too attached to the characters.
It was overall a good read. I did not dislike anything specifically about it. It was a short, good read. West and Monty definitely had their good moments in the book. I have highlighted a few of their moments together and their interactions.
The friendships were also a good aspect in the book. I loved that part a lot. The end was quite dramatic😂.... But I didn't mind it at all.
