Greyson
Hell's Harlem, Book 1
By: J.M. Walker
Narrated by: Leanne Woodward, Tom Haire

Characters with amnesia intrigue me, and Eve is no exception. When Greyson finds her on the on the run, broken and no idea who she is, he takes her in. There is something about her that completes him. Yes, this broody man who never thought about settling down since he didn't deserve that happiness finds his heart stolen. But there is a lot to deal with now. Eve with no memory, dealing with trying to find out who she is and everyday life of the MC have these two busy! Their banter is fantastic! Eve may not remember her past, but she is a spitfire. Greyson is all male, alpha protective and a definite leader. When things all come to a head, and realization of the truth is evident, there will be consequences. Deception, grief, trust and loyalty all come through with the members of Hell's Harlem and it's an exciting ride! I can't wait to see where JM Walker takes us next with this adventure!

Leanne Woodward and Tom Haire are our storytellers, and their interpretation of the book is spot on! Woodward brings us Eve, feisty, scared and full of bravery and love. Each emotion is evident and pure, making Eve a realistic character. Grey comes through with his many layers. He has issues, a broodiness and a loyal heart, each brought to life by Haire. His inflections let us hear how broken and full of emotion this alpha male is. It's an amazing team for this series and I enjoyed their performance.
