As much as I hate DNF-ing books back-to-back, I just can't with this one. Nothing about it is working for me, especially the romance. I just can't be bothered to care. My biggest problem with this book is that it's trying too hard to do too many things. There are so many plot threads/aspects going on and none of them are handled in a way that's satisfying to me. Just, none of it worked for me.
