This book took me ages to get through, but that’s only because I had to return it to Libby and wait for it to be available again.

It was sweet. Emotional. Thought provoking. Romantic. It was also a bit confusing for me at times. Like, were they in the past or present? What did they know or didn’t know? And how come at the end they can suddenly walk in and out of the apartment together without being taken to a different time?

This would make for a good reread. The magic of the apartment might make more sense to me then and perhaps I’d be a little less confused at times.

Low spice with a happy ending.

Also, I would recommend reading or listening to the authors note at the end. Makes you think.
