3.5 ~ I was intrigued by the concept of the nocturnal village in The Moth Keeper and it’s mythology ~ or “mothology”? ~ about the Moon Spirit. I felt there could’ve been more detail added regarding backstory as the vagueness kept me from connecting to the characters more deeply. The illustrations are beautifully whimsical.
