To be honest, this is not a book I would normally pick up, just based on the synopsis. I usually like historical or fantasy components with my romance. That said, I binged this book in a little over one day and I've already started the third in the series. There's just something special about Elsie's writing that has me completely hooked and I will be shouting at all of my book friends to give the Chestnut Springs series a try!
