Does this story offer up something I’ve never read before? Not really, but it didn’t have to. What it did was keep me hooked beginning to end. The multiple POV’s and past/present timeline kept me intrigued because I felt like I was piecing together the puzzle from page 1. And the ending got very twisty, which I also liked. As memories and secrets reveal themselves, Emma and her sisters start to question what happened the night her parents were murdered and who is responsible. It perfectly blends family drama, long-buried secrets, and surprising twists, leaving you guessing until the very end.
