NTM, great writing, and I just loved so much of this. Mav is a genderfluid man, moving to Annadale to get away from his queerphobic hometown. He reconnects with a man he has been with before, who most people assume is straight but never asked. He has been only with women until Mav, but he feels less conflicted about 'oh no not men!' and more just conflict around his brother who runs a motorcycle club and not wanting to subject a future partner to that part of his life.

I loved the NB rep, I enjoyed the steam and Daddy/boy (not little, not ABDL dynamic), and how they deal with their issues. There is a bit of push and pull with 'I'm struggling coming out' type thing, but there's never a break up over it. The only thing I didn't like is there's a specific steam scene that kept getting interrupted so there wasn't proper aftercare taken.

CW: use of queer as a slur, on-and-off page homophobia. Also a secret kink that isn't made clear: Oviposition. Mav explains he wants to have eggs in him and push them out. This does happen at the end of the book.
