The Praise: I loved Sage and Fisher so much. The way they handled their situation was so sweet while also being heartbreaking. I also loved all of the animals. Tarah has a gift for writing quirky, relatable characters that make you want to root for them.
The Critique: I wish we had seen more of Fisher’s relationship with Indy evolving, and some of Sage using her teaching skills to develop her own relationship with Indy.
Final Thoughts: I really loved this. Lovable characters, hilarious banter, and sweet romance. Tarah, if you see this, I NEED Ellis and Wren’s second chance romance book, I’m willing to beg.
