Ramona the Pest by Beverly Cleary

4.0

Even as an adult, this series is addictive. It's an episodic story of mischief, on the same vein as Anne of Green Gables, except for a younger set (and, honestly, way more mischievous, because Ramona tries to get herself into some of her scrapes). Even though she's a pest, the end had me feeling so horrible for Ramona. Definitely a great read-along for elementary aged children, and maybe a little younger.
