Wow that ending!
To think I gave up at 20% and tried to read something else, but couldn't get into it. I came back to Goodreads and read more reviews and thought, why are there all these 5 star reviews from grown woman? lol Why do I want to read about an Irish school and rugby? haha. Well, the author changed my mind.
Somehow, Shannon and Johnny don't seem that juvenile. Shannon has an effed up life, and you can just feel the passion Johnny has for Rugby and his future.
I loved the language except for 'Aoife'. Why is that name so hard to pronounce? lol I have to read it backwards!!!! I had lots of chuckles throughout the book, specificallythe hospital LMAO . Johnny is seriously the sweetest boy, most probably because he is written by a woman!
The last 80% I didn't want to put it down, and I didn't lol. I might have read from 2am straight through. Have to read the next one, but I hope it isn't as long.
