Viv and Carter, just make it official already. I was rolling my eyes (in the best way possible). I like CCJ's writing style and I am getting the hang of her dialogue as well. This is the second book in the series, and after reading the first, I am happy that the book focused on Carter specifically. Unlike the last book, this one shines a more desireable light on Carter. His intentions were a little unclear in the last book, so I am happy to see that he is both charming and romantic in this one.
