Thoroughly enjoyable, interesting characters who's quirks and unique traits made them who they were and were valuable to them, even if they weren't originally appreciated in the way they should be. The backstory between Lucy and Felix was sweet and gave so much more credence to their dynamic in the present day - there were moments of their dynamic that I loved and moments that I hated for them but it actually supported the story and helped them to progress as people.

Bless Felix, the boy was obsessed with Lucy's temperature, it was like his life's mission to keep her warm. I liked that Lucy saw the best in Felix but didn't end up being a push over, she set boundaries that she needed and ultimately it was for the best.

The other dynamics including the workplace were interesting. The incidents with Will, the attitude of Beatrice and how this changed as well as the relationship between Lottie and Vicky added another thing to consider.

I normally despise a third act breakup but it actually was important to the storyline and the development of the characters.
Honestly, I really liked the book and I liked the way that it panned out.
