A very sweet dark fantasy romance, phantasma has absolutely everything to satisfy readers of the genre that seek a book with a lot of action and thrill, mystery and yet a cliché happy ending. Blackwell's character is absolutely charming, Ophelia very loveable, strong and clever, with great wits. The only thing one might regret about this book is that it appears we won't get more of BW and Ophie's story. Another character for which we might wish for an opportunity to get a redemption arc would be Sinclair, the very mysterious evil devil that still makes you feel he deserves better, and is fascinating and intriguing.
