OMG THAT ENDING WAS BRUTAL!! 

 
  • I can’t believe she’s going back to prison. 
  • I want to punch her sister in the face so badly. She’s so corrupt and evil. 
  • I can’t believe her grandma didn’t tell her the truth. I get that she’s untrusting of them, but she really messed up by not giving kiva any information about her sister. 
  • I hate kiva for trusting her sister even though her sister is horrible. 
  • I love Caldon and Kiva’s friendship, but she should have told Cal everything. Again Kiva sucks. 
  • I don’t really care about Jarren in this book. He’s like a side character lol.
